Method To extent, data from followed nephrology unit, included UniverSel whose (measured on day urine collection; n = 367) analyzed. association thirty-four variables concerning patients' characteristics, their biological work-up, medications answers self-questionnaire assessed Bayesian network. Results had wide range glomerular filtration rate, but few stage 5 (CKD). Kalemia was negatively linearly correlated rate (p<0.001) not (p 0.55). Kaliuresis 0.08). Factors analyzed most were, descending order, original nephropathy, age, diabetes, plasma bicarbonate level. RAS-blockers prescription also kalemia. Consumption rich food poorly Conclusion Our results do support control 1 4 CKD reinforce interest multidimensional management including personalized therapy correction metabolic acidosis.
